Designing and leading collaborative processes that move groups from dialogue to action. Whether guiding a strategic planning retreat, convening cross-sector stakeholders, or supporting a multi-stakeholder working group, I bring structure, clarity, and care to each engagement—ensuring that outcomes are both actionable and aligned.

Farm and Field-Built Insights & Thought Partnership

Drawing from my own farm experience and roots in the regional agriculture community, I help partners connect practice to policy. I offer research synthesis, landscape analysis, and program evaluation that reflect on-the-ground realities, as well as storytelling and strategy support that bridges local work with systems-level transformation.
